Beacon update: Poughkeepsie forfeited its Week 7 game. Beacon receives the win and moves to 7–1; Poughkeepsie is 0–8. The game will not be played. No on-field score is assigned.

Friday is final: Middletown, Rondout and Pine Plains lead the night

All 11 played Friday games are final. Middletown beat Monroe-Woodbury 50–12 to reach 8–0 and end a five-game skid in the rivalry. Rondout Valley held Chester at the 1-yard line for a 14–8 homecoming win, and Pine Plains/Rhinebeck edged Onteora 34–32. Ellenville received a forfeit win over Hoosic Valley Central; no on-field score is assigned.

Saturday’s clearest clinch paths: Valley Central can clinch in AA, Saugerties can clinch in B, and Goshen can clinch in A Division 2 with wins.
