Both teams changed the series record book
Onteora’s 46 points were the most it has scored against Millbrook in KOT845’s available records. The previous high was 42 in a 2023 meeting.
Millbrook answered with 52, more than doubling its previous available-series high of 22 against Onteora.
KOT845 has four earlier 8-Man meetings between the programs indexed before Thursday’s game. Earlier results may still be missing from the archive, so the scoring marks are presented within the available record.
Millbrook stays perfect
The win moved Millbrook to 3-0. Onteora fell to 1-2.
It was also the second Thursday final to reshape Week 3 before the main Friday slate. Rondout Valley edged Spackenkill 21-20 in the other opener.
Friday now brings 12 games across Section IX, beginning at 5 p.m.
