2014
Champions: Newburgh (AA), Cornwall (A), Marlboro (B), Millbrook (C), Chester (D). Newburgh and Chester reached state finals; Cornwall, Marlboro and Millbrook reached semifinals.
2015
Champions: Newburgh (AA), Cornwall (A), Marlboro (B), Liberty (C), Roscoe/Livingston Manor/Downsville (D). Liberty advanced to the Class C state semifinal.
2016
Champions: Newburgh (AA), Cornwall (A), New Paltz (B), Burke Catholic (C), Roscoe/Livingston Manor/Downsville (D). Burke won its state quarterfinal and reached the Class C semifinal.
2017
Champions: Newburgh (AA), Cornwall (A), Marlboro (B), Burke Catholic (C), Millbrook (D). Newburgh, Burke and Millbrook reached state semifinals.
