2010
Champions: Monroe-Woodbury (AA), Wallkill (A), New Paltz (B), Millbrook (C), Chester (D). All five champions were eliminated in the state-quarterfinal round.
2011
Champions: Newburgh (AA), Cornwall (A), Marlboro (B), O’Neill (C), Chester (D). Newburgh and Chester reached state finals; Cornwall reached a semifinal.
2012
Champions: Pine Bush (AA), Cornwall (A), Marlboro (B), O’Neill (C), Chester (D). Cornwall, Marlboro and O’Neill advanced to state semifinals.
2013
Champions: Monroe-Woodbury (AA), Cornwall (A), Marlboro (B), Burke Catholic (C), Chester (D). Monroe-Woodbury and Chester reached state finals; Cornwall and Marlboro reached state semifinals.
