2006
Champions: Monroe-Woodbury (AA), Cornwall (A), Red Hook (B), Sullivan West (C), Chester (D). Monroe-Woodbury and Cornwall both reached state finals; Monroe fell 27–26 in overtime.
2007
Champions: Monroe-Woodbury (AA), Cornwall (A), New Paltz (B), Tri-Valley (C), Eldred (D). Monroe-Woodbury reached another Class AA state final.
2008
Champions: Monroe-Woodbury (AA), Cornwall (A), Highland (B), Ellenville (C), Chester (D). Monroe-Woodbury again reached the state final, losing 21–17 to Orchard Park.
2009
Champions: Monroe-Woodbury (AA), Cornwall (A), O’Neill (B), Ellenville (C), Eldred (D). Cornwall and Eldred advanced to state semifinals.
